Single family home construction guidelines:

        - Single story home: 1700 square feet of finished above grade living space.
          1500 square feet of finished above grade living space will be allowed if there
          is at least 700 square feet of finished living space below grade.

        - Story and a half home: 2400 square feet of finished above grade living space.

        - Two story home: 2600 square feet of finished above grade living space.

        - 60% of the homes front exterior will be constructed with brick or stone.

        - No mobile homes, modular, or manufactured homes.
